The Baron orders his army in line of battle, and the orc army advances as you are still moving into battle order. A message from the Baron's general is spread that the Baron is very glad to intercept the orcs here in the mountains, as the orc army was bent upon a raid of plunder through the barony.

Several other decurii send a skirmisher ahead to harass the advancing orcs.

Order your men into battle line. Write down which five men are in the front line, and which are in the second line. Appoint one men as decurion, and another as sub decurion. If you have a wizard, make your best one the decurii wizard. Be sure to mention everybody's location, for example:

Bashur	Gandalf the second	Blastit	Charmer (captain)	SunnyDew

Furthermore, roll up 10 orcs at the opponents table.

Bilo starts chanting an old battle song, lifting the courage of the soldiers.  [temporarily add +3 to both strength and constitution of your men, for this battle only.]

You can either send one person ahead as a skirmisher, or await the onslaught of the orcish army.
