You finally reach the gate. As you stand before the gate and wonder how to open this gatedoor, it swings open of its own. The beautiful lady in the red gown appears. Behind her are 20 skeletons. Roll each of them up.

She cries:

"Beware of the Power of the Snake! No one can withstand Her!"

As an answer, 2d6 of skeletons rise from between the brambles. Defend yourself for at least 1 combat turn.

After each combat turn:

• if you killed them all, the ladies flies up the stairs.
• If you didn't kill them all, 1d6 of skeletons join the fray. Roll them up as before. Fight one more round. If no-one ever harmed the brambles in these moors, the brambles attack the skeletons by throwing 1 per CT in the lake.
• If you get scared, you can always retreat cowardly.
