You carefully search the cache for hidden traps but find none. Opening it, you discover a short scroll and a bow and arrows.

The scroll reads:
Brave fellow goblin,
the bow and arrows you find here have been to no avail for us, but we wish you luck. We have been ambushed and cruelly murdered while travelling in peace through these moors, and the foolish humans left me for dead. My life is flowing from me; use these arrows to revenge me. Always remember that there is no feeling as good as hate in the eyes of Snff.

You pick up the bow and arrows. There are 12 of them. They have a 6th level spell which will adjust the SR to hit with 6 levels. Each one is worth 3d+6 in combat. They are octupled against humans, dwarves and elves.

This treasure can only be found once.
