The scroll reads:
To the valiant adventurer risking his guts in these moors. Here rests Baldwin the dwarf, far from his beloved mountains. He bravely defended me from these orcs, and I must admit that I was left to weak to bless his axe. As I cannot carry it, I will hide it here. Wield it in courage.

You pick up the axe. It has an 12th level spell which will just prevent it from breaking, and is worth 6d+3 in combat. It is quadrupled against orcs and goblins.

This treasure can only be found once.
