You carefully search the cache for hidden traps but find none. Opening it, you discover a short scroll, a sword and an axe.

The scroll reads:
To the valiant adventurer finding this cursed spot. I, Beast the ugly, battled a group of orcs, and admittely, lost. They left me for dead. I will die in this place, I cannot crawl back. With my last resources, I will hide my sword and axe for mortal eyes. Carry them well. May the gods have mercy on me.

You pick up the sword. It has an 12th level spell which will just prevent it from breaking. It is worth 4d+2 in combat. The axe is worth 6d+3, and is quadrupled against orcs and goblins.

This treasure can only be found once.
