Among the bramble' thorns you find a scroll. Note on your charactersheet that you have been at 10B. The scroll reads:
I am Bramble, mayor of the leprechaun village in these marshes. Three weeks ago one of the lads in our village, Thorn-in-my-toe, discovered two wizards of the Sniff cult entering the moors. He escaped them without being noticed and warned me. I have watched them for three weeks. One of them is very powerfull. They have brought some very foul creatures with them. The mud stinks now. We will have to attack them or leave these moors for ever. Allthough the local loge of the wizards guild has recognised me as 12th level, and elected me the president of our chamber, I do not know much about fighting. My delight has been in brambles, berries, mushrooms and, occasionally, practical jokes.
Still it will be my task to stop them, even if it costs me my life. But I am not without hope. I succeeded in driving away Mr. Murren, so I am not without Power.

If I loose, my people will leave the moors within a few weeks. Thorn-in-my-toe will leave a message below the floor of his parent's house, which is the 23rd counting from left to right.
